The Vision

During the transition to remote and virtual work, Chewy’s head of talent wanted to maintain and strengthen the company’s unique culture and leadership connections. We aimed to create a platform where leaders could share their career journeys and inspirations, fostering a sense of connection and community despite the physical distance.

The Journey

We collaborated with various teams to design and build an in-house podcast called "Pack Leaders." This series featured interviews with leaders across the company, highlighting their stories, experiences, and insights. Our goal was to create engaging content that would resonate with employees and help maintain the sense of camaraderie and culture that defines Chewy.

Highlights of the Project

  • Engaging Content: Each podcast episode delved into the personal and professional journeys of Chewy's leaders, offering listeners unique insights and inspiration
  • Fostering Connection: In the absence of in-person interactions, the podcast served as a virtual break room where employees could connect through shared stories and experiences
  • Supporting Culture: The series reinforced Chewy’s values and culture, ensuring that even in a remote work environment, employees felt connected and supported.

The Impact

The "Pack Leaders" podcast series was a resounding success. It created meaningful connections among employees, brought interesting and inspiring stories to the forefront, and supported Chewy’s culture during a challenging transition. The series was well-received and made a real impact on the company’s remote workforce.
