The Vision

Yoni and Menachem envisioned a groundbreaking retreat for men in Costa Rica. They aimed to create a five-day oasis where participants could heal, grow, and step into more empowered versions of themselves, ultimately benefiting their jobs, families, and communities. This would not just be a retreat, but the start of a community.

The Journey

Collaborating closely with Yoni Menachem, I supported bringing their vision to life. My work included envisioning the retreat's structure, researching the ideal attendees, crafting targeted marketing campaigns, and designing an engaging website to manage ticket sales and participant logistics, onsite logistics including hiring staff, private chef, and sourcing all the food and travel.

Highlights of the Retreat 

• Personal Chef: The retreat hired a personal chef specializing in nutrition and wellness that we flew out from New York to offer the best and most nourishing food utilizing Costa Rican local produce and cuisine
• Targeted Marketing:  We developed compelling marketing campaigns that resonated with the ideal attendees, ensuring a full roster of participants eager for growth
• Seamless Management: From ticket sales to participant management, every logistical detail was meticulously handled, ensuring a smooth experience for both organizers and attendees
• Comprehensive Support: Our support extended beyond the retreat itself, including post-retreat integration calls, feedback surveys, and ongoing engagement to maximize the impact of the experience

The Impact 

The retreat was a transformative success. Participants left feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and ready to show up more fully in their personal and professional lives. The unique combination of therapeutic practices and personal development activities resonated deeply, creating lasting change.
